Who processes your data

Cisel Collection (legal identity on the legal notice page) is the controller of your personal data under law 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data. ANPDP declaration number: to be completed.

What we collect and why

• Name, phone (and optional second phone), wilaya, commune and address: to confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp and deliver it.
• Order contents, amount and delivery tracking: invoicing, accounting, exchanges.
• IP address and technical signals: preventing fake orders and fraud.
• First name and rating if you write a review.
• Advertising cookies (Meta, TikTok) only after you accept them in the consent banner.

Who receives it

• ZR Express, our carrier, as processor: name, phone, address and the amount to collect.
• Meta and TikTok: purchase events with hashed data, only if you accepted tracking.
• Our hosting provider and encrypted backups (servers in the European Union).

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept for the period required by commercial and tax law. Abandoned carts are deleted automatically after a short time. After an anonymisation request we erase your name, phone and address and keep only the accounting records, without anything that identifies you.

Your rights

You have the rights of information, access, rectification, objection and erasure (anonymisation). Message us on WhatsApp +213 798 94 62 10 from the number used for the order. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the ANPDP.
